Payment, Cancellations & Refunds

Payment

Orders may be placed through our website or by phone.

Venmo payment requests must be completed before an order is scheduled for delivery. Same-day delivery may not be available for orders awaiting payment confirmation.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to design.

Once a design has begun in the studio, the order is considered final and cannot be canceled.

Cancellations made prior to design are subject to a 5% processing fee, reflecting transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase.

Refunds & Adjustments

Each design created by Twigs Floral Design Studio is one of a kind and reflects a specific style, palette, and level of design.

Natural variations will occur, and arrangements may differ from images shown while maintaining the intended look and value.

If there is a concern with an order, we ask that you contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

In select cases, we may retrieve the design for review. Once returned, a refund may be issued for the value of the arrangement, less a 5% processing fee.

Delivery fees are non-refundable.

We do not offer partial refunds or post-delivery discounts.

Delivery

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 10:00 AM EST.

Orders received after the same-day cut-off will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day, including Saturdays.

We do not deliver on Sundays or on holidays that fall on a Monday. Orders requested for these days will be delivered on the next available business day.

Timing

While we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, we make every effort to accommodate requests whenever possible.

Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made with care and attention to detail.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide:

• Complete and accurate address information

• Business name and hours, when applicable

We are unable to deliver to:

• Incomplete addresses

• P.O. Boxes

 

Coastal & Weather Considerations

Deliveries to coastal areas and locations accessed by bridge may be affected by weather conditions, including high wind advisories. In such cases, delivery may be delayed to the next available day.

Design & Substitution

Our designs are created using fresh, seasonal flowers and are intended to reflect a particular style, palette, and overall composition.

Images shown represent the look and feel of the design. While each arrangement is one of a kind and may not match the photo exactly, the overall aesthetic and character will be preserved.

Substitutions may occur due to seasonality or availability. When necessary, we select flowers and vessels of equal or greater value, maintaining the integrity of the design.

Design Enhancements

Enhanced designs are created with increased volume, more select blooms, or a combination of both. As enhancements increase, vessel size or style may be adjusted to support the overall composition.

The style and overall character of the design will remain consistent across all selections.

Orchid Plants

Enhanced orchid designs are presented with additional stems based on the selected level. Each is arranged to create a balanced and refined presentation using only premium specimens.

Low-Profile Designs

Low-profile arrangements are styled to sit low and full.

Approximate size:

• Height: 8–10 inches

• Width: proportional to height

 

Tall-Profile Designs

Tall-profile arrangements are designed with vertical movement and increased presence.

Approximate size:

• Height: 12–24 inches above the vase line

• Width: proportional to height

 

Funeral Setting Considerations

Arrangements selected from categories outside of Sympathy for the Service are designed for delivery to a home or office setting.

While these pieces may be sent to a funeral home, they will appear more compact in scale than traditional service arrangements. For services, we recommend selecting from Sympathy for the Service for a more appropriate presentation.

Vessel & Presentation

Most designs are created in clear glass unless otherwise noted.

Optional vessel treatments are available to enhance presentation and complement the design:

• Leaf Wrap — Aspidistra leaves layered within a clear glass vessel

• Cameo Pot — Porcelain vessel in soft white or ivory tones

• Birch Wrap — Natural birch finish surrounding a clear glass vase

• Tall Design — Created in a taller vessel with increased height and movement

All vessel selections are chosen to support the overall aesthetic of the arrangement.
